5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Monument Designs MX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning any item.

7. Off-Road & Motorsport Use Disclaimer ALL PARTS AND COMPONENTS SOLD BY MONUMENT DESIGNS MX ARE INTENDED FOR OFF-ROAD AND MOTORSPORT USE ONLY. They are not designed, tested, or certified for use on public roads or highways. The customer is solely responsible for:

Verifying compatibility of all purchased parts with their specific vehicle make, model, and year.
Ensuring proper installation by a qualified mechanic or technician.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of modified or aftermarket parts.
Understanding that racing and off-road activities carry inherent risks of injury or death.

8. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONUMENT DESIGNS MX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
